1) Handling Inbound Calls

2) Escalate any queries/Issues on call

3) Should be able to speak grammatically correct English, Hindi, Marathi/Gujrati

4) Incase of night shifts either Pick / Drop will be provided between 10pm & 6am

5) Girls can opt for only day shifts
