Job Description
Enrollment Analyst will provide support in the operational areas of US Health Insurance functions. Post Graduate / Graduate in any subject stream with a good academic record. The person should have at least 1 year of similar experience and should be a team player with pleasing personality. Freshers with very good academic background will be considered for Management Trainee position.
Job Responsibilities:
• Back office operation for member enrollment
• Analyzing and processing data files
• Reconciliation of member data
• Coordination with other departments for issue resolution
• Providing administrative support to the members under insurance coverage
• Liaisons with various US Healthcare agencies
• Analysis of data and suggesting corrective measures for improvement
• Supporting the Process Manager / Leader in executing plans and procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Other skill sets required are:
• Good Communication skills;
• Analytical approach;
• Organizational/Multi tasking skills;
• Proficiency in using MS Office Tools - Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and E-mail application (Internet, MS Outlook or Outlook Express)
